This is a really random question, but what's up with new inventions starting with an I? I-pod, I-home, I-dog, I-parent, I-grade, I-quiz, I-walk, etc. These are not all made by apple, so that can't be it. Anyone know?
uisforukelele answered Friday February 8 2008, 6:48 pm: the ipod came first (though there's no telling where they got that name), so since it's so popular other companies want to basically infringe copyright and try to make their product as popular as the ipod. it's because they can't come up with awesome marketing ideas like apple can, so they just leech off of other companies. ImHere4You answered Friday February 8 2008, 4:57 pm: I simple answer to this is that we are living in the so-called "ME GENERTAION!" Companies are using the word "I" a lot because people love seeing stuff about and for themselves and no one else! So, using the word I is basically saying the item is MINE. It's all about the "me generation" these days! [ ImHere4You's advice column | Ask ImHere4You A Question ]

Maybe the companies are trying to trick people that they are made by the same company, Apple.
That is probably it. [ ASAPcamille's advice column | Ask ASAPcamille A Question ]
