How do I tell if he's mad at me?
I have this friend that I've known since the start of this school year. We've been great friends and we used to always talk.. Until the melodrama at my school. He was the director, an I got a part. But due to random events during it, he completely drew back socially from my friends and me. I don't know what to do. I've asked him several times if he's mad at me, and he answers no... although he never stays within the same room as me or my friends. I don't know what to do. I've tried talking to him about it, but he just cuts the conversation short and leaves.

It sounds as though he may be upset with you. Talk to him about it and tell him you NEED to know what's going on and if he doesn't want to be friends anymore, that's fine, but you would like to know.

he probably has shit to do, or he found out something about you that he did not like. try to find out if he's hanging around with any of your rivals and or enemies.
