Feel like needing to pee is common in excitement and getting horny, the white stuff is discharge when you feel excited your vagina is the sexual part which releases discharge as a sign of a great feeling and pleasure. The itchiness is the excitement and so when you try to turn it off you need to itch it and when you finger yourself or cross your legs it will relieve this this common in many girls so it isn't a problem.

The peeing feeling is normal because everything is rushing towards your clitoris and vagina..which puts pressure on you. The itching is normal...every part of you itchs sometimes right? Why not there...it's just like when guys scratch their stuff all the time...we're just more shy about it.
