You should do what you want to do. You shouldnt makeout with him to get someone else jelous, its using people. My best friend likes my cousin too however, you can just suddenley makeout with someone. If you like him you like him, and if he likes you thats good too, get to know him more first before making out as for all you know, he could be using you to get to his ex and beleive me thats the most horrible feeling ever. You dont have to do what your friend says, infact you dont have to do what i say, just take it into account, and do what you want!
