well usually it means that a guy would do stuff wtih you... not necessarily sex but all the other stuff as well... i usually dont have very much respect for guys that say that because to me when they say that, they are seeing the girl as an object to play with... now i dont know some girls are fine with that...im not haha but yeah it means hed do stuff with you...

have you ever heard of urbandictionary.com? well its a good site to get questions like that answered :) it gives you a variety of definitions so you can get better ideas of things!
