BeFABULOUSxo answered Wednesday February 6 2008, 12:16 pm: You just need to back out. If someone asks if she is pregnant, just simply say No. I understand that you want to stick up for your friend, but you need to look out for yourself. You're still in highschool, these rumors are going to seem sooo stupid come after highschool.
Actually, I feel like I can give you more personal advice.
I'm currently a Junior in highschool. During my sophomore year, there was a rumor going around that I had sex with my current boyfriend and that I could be pregnant. Everytime someone asked, I simply replied: Well, whoever told you that is wrong. I am not pregnant. It wsa the truth! And it was there choice to believe it or not. As long as my friends and I knew the real truth, no one else mattered!
Good luck and please let me know how things work out! [ BeFABULOUSxo's advice column | Ask BeFABULOUSxo A Question ]
MissKhalili answered Wednesday February 6 2008, 12:14 pm: well if they're talking about your friend you should let your friend handle it.
if she wants to stop the rumors she'll say something and when she does just be there to back her up, but you shouldnt take action because it will lead into confrontation.
