badminton tryouts. what are some good workouts to do for badminton tryouts?

well, if i were you, i would definetly work out your arms...lift weights, do PUSHUPS, and planks, and you might want to work on your abs (planks can help this) and legs, do wall sits, crunches, sit ups. but really, the main part of badminton is to use your arms, so let that be your main focus. just do a lot of exercises with your arms, pushups and weight lifting will work the best, but it is also helpful to have reflexes, and strong legs.

oh wow, i have your answer
here is what i did...
i went to badminton conditioning and this is what we did...
-running (like 10 minutes)
-ab workouts (i dont know why, but it really made me stronger) situps, cruntches, suitcases (go on google to "ab workouts")
-pushups
-superman/superwomen
-wall sits
-we also did foot works (like we would practice the footing for a serve w/ a pretend racket
basically you just have to get in shape to impress them with your strenght and will power
p.s. i made the team (if i hadn't done this i would not have made it, im serious) ]
