Every day i have discharge, and i've went and got medications to get rid of it. I think its a UTI or a bladder infection but i'm not sure. I tried to take pills to get rid of it but i can't swallow them. I've had this discharge for years, and when me and my boyfriend get done having sex some of it sticks to his private area. He doesn't seem to mind it much, but i feel terrible about it. I just want it to go away, but it won't. I take a shower almost everyday, and i'm a clean person. Any advice?

It could be a yeast infection or a bacterial infection. They are similar so the only way to really know is to have the discharge tested. If you have been tested and treated for something, but it keeps coming back, your boyfriend may need to be treated as well. Some times you can get rid of an infection and then the next time you have sex, you get it back from your partner. Men don't usually show any symptoms, they are just the carriers. Is there any odd smell to the discharge? Or does it hurt at all when you have sex? Those are both good ways to tell that there is an infection. Also, remember that all woman have a little discharge and that doesn't mean anything is wrong. It should always be a bit moist down there and you'd probably be ever more uncomfortable if you were really dry. I'd say the best thing to do is see a gynecologist. That is the only way to really find out what it is.
