Not everyone believes this, but I believe that I good diet can clear up acne! Now I don't know what your diet is like, but if it is at all bad, just do some small changes to make it a little healthier. Having a good diet and exercising seems to keep the skin healthy for me. Give it a shot!

Clean and Clear has a wonderful line of products that you can use.
Any one of their products would be really good, such as the acne wash/rinse.
When in a bathing suit, cover up the acne with liquid(waterproof if you can find it) foundation, then cover it with foundation powder.

Use the same kind of products that you'd use on your face. Any face wash with salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, and the like will do. Neutrogena makes Body Clear Body Wash, which is basically the same thing as face wash, but is designed to foam up like a regular soap. Also use spot treatments once or twice a day, like Clean & Clear Advantage. Another thing- when you're outside, make sure you're wearing sunscreen/sunblock. Not only is a sunburn bad anyways because of skin cancer and wrinkles, a sunburn will make your skin produce more oil, which will cause more breakouts. Not fun.

In the meantime, a bit of concealer will make zits less noticeable. Just make sure it matches your skin.
