Memorize a few lines, get those down, and then add in some more, and some more, and then finally all you have to do is add smooth transitions.
Don't read your lines for too long. And I know that sounds really odd...but perhaps look over them in the morning when you first wake up. Then again during math class when your teacher is talking about graphing and analyzing quadratic equations and you don't give a shit. Then maybe again when you get home from school and you're eating a small snack. And then, right before bedtime. That way, you are constantly picking them up and jogging your memory.
Also, in a play, and I know this sounds crazy for memorizing just your own lines, but read the play many, many, many, times, NOT JUST YOUR LINES! That way, if there ever is a slip up with your lines, you will know the play so well that you could improvise for a short period.

Reading the lines whenever you've got nothing better to do, and just try to learn 10 lines(unless they are very very very long) every two or three days.
Ask friends to practice with you, this can be really fun :)
Also if there are some lines that you JUST can't remember, print them out, and stick them to the wall of your bathroom and place where you sit behind the computer, then you will constantly be reading them and actually learn them :) [ Disconnected's advice column | Ask Disconnected A Question ]
