This is normal and present in all circumcised males. It's the scar from when your foreskin was removed. The small bits of that skin left are a different color than the shaft of the penis and rest of your genitals.

It's more tan towards your body and the glans and a different shade of pink on the shaft. Wikipedia explains it rather nicely [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

There's nothing graphic there and no examples or pictures. We can't link you to that kind of thing because of the rules regarding minors reading the site. However, it is a medical thing that you can look up and see that you're perfectly fine.

Most genitals both male and female have different shades of pigmentation. You're fine as every circumcised guy has it. you'll notice that the foreskin on intact males is a slightly darker shade than the shaft so it explains everything.

23/f, just so you know.

But I just looked it up on the internet, and it sounds perfectly normal. From what I've read it could be from being circumcised. Or it could be a deposit of Melanin.

If you're really concerned about it, you can always go see your Physician.
