ok . Well iv been going to soccer tryouts . Im not in the best shape , but i get by . im no where near fat ; I do cheerleading to but the work is nothing compaired to soccer . What i want to know if i will get use to all the running and everything , because we have to run AL0T & i mean a hell of a lot . and i get tired and feel like i have to throw up . So will i get use to it & not become tired ?

so what you can do is...
run for as long as you can and soon you will get better, also do like lots of push ups nad sit ups to improve your strength

Try doing some jumping jacks or walking somewhere instead or driving/being driven. Since you are not used to running a lot, it will take time to build up your tolerance level. It will get better though. One thing I would suggest, don't run on a full stomach of food or beverage.
