The only way to check is to look. If you don't see erm... a hole.. then your hymen is still in tact. Here is a website of illustrations of different type of hymens.

You can check by sitting down somewhere private room/bathroom or closet with a door shut. But if you go in the closet leave a crack open or bring a flashlight. But anyway clean your hands first. Then slowly open your vagina lips and then look.After wash your hands again too not spread bacteria.
