Ok, so I'm starting to think about working out for the summer. The only problem is, I have a terrible procrastination problem and I don't commit to things very easily at all. I also want to start dieting but those problems still apply. How do I make it easier to wake up and actually enjoy running?

i'm trying to lose wieght myself and i knowwwww it sucks, but you just have to eat veggies alot more with meals and wieghtdrops fast, esecially with exercise behind it [ esoccer1717's advice column | Ask esoccer1717 A Question ]
