Working out but not commited?

Question Posted Tuesday January 22 2008, 11:27 pm

Ok, so I'm starting to think about working out for the summer. The only problem is, I have a terrible procrastination problem and I don't commit to things very easily at all. I also want to start dieting but those problems still apply. How do I make it easier to wake up and actually enjoy running?

It makes it alot more fun and easyer if you have a friend that is doing the same thing. Someone that has had experience doing this so they can push you towards your goal. Best of luck

go online, find a deli a mile or so from your home, and walk there, when you get there have a heathy breakfast and then walk back

or promis your self things.

i'm trying to lose wieght myself and i knowwwww it sucks, but you just have to eat veggies alot more with meals and wieghtdrops fast, esecially with exercise behind it
