leg pull

i pulled my leg yesturday and we'll i ran today cause i had a track meating and had to and all that did was make it worse =(
well if you know of any ways to make it heal a little faster please tell thanx<3

strech constantly!
yoga/pilates will help tremendously. nothing hardcore or anything. just gentle pulling and massaging your leg. if you keep running, make sure you stretch both before and after. but it will most likely heal faster if you dont run. hope you feel better!
