"Full Pill"

Are there any type of pills or drinks that will make me feel full all the time? And I need stuff that can be bought at kroger/walmart. =D



And alsoooo, what are the best types of fat burning pills?

I know that if you drink water with each meal, it helps you feel fuller faster, plus it's really good for your skin. Also, if you push your meal into sections and just pace through eating one section at a time, you'll feel fuller quicker, too! Hope this helps.
