is there anywhere around chicago where they will pierce your bellybutton if you are under 18? because i'm almost 16 and when i turn 16 i can drive there and get it done.

You have to have a parental with you if you are under the age of 18. If any place lets you without a parent, they are not a reliable place to get it done.

There is nothing like an angry parent
storming into a place of business,
yelling about you scarring their baby
for life, to discourage piercing or
tattooing of Americas underage youth!
You have to be 18 or bring a parent
with you to get a piercing. Not many
legitimate businesses will risk a
possible lawsuit. :)

You have to be 18 to get your bellybutton pierced without a guardian's consent. Otherwise, you must bring an adult with you to sign.
