basketballchick14 answered Monday January 21 2008, 10:59 pm: Getting in shape takes time, but some of the best excersises i think you can use to get in shape are; running, jump roping,any ab workouts,you can also walk around with ankle wieghts but dont do anything like running or jumping with them on it'll mess up your joints.
