getting in shape what are some really good excercises to get in shape really fast. i know it takes time, but are there any really good excercises that i can do?

a brilliant one to do, is to lie on your back and "cycle kick" your legs whilst tensing your abs. This works for almost anybody, and you can feel the results in just a few days! ]
Getting in shape takes time, but some of the best excersises i think you can use to get in shape are; running, jump roping,any ab workouts,you can also walk around with ankle wieghts but dont do anything like running or jumping with them on it'll mess up your joints.

Running is the best. There really isn't anything to get in shape, but running. That I know of. So start running, fast walking, jogging, 45 mins. 4-5 days a week. && eat healthier I hope I helped<3 ]
