could i take biotin for hair growth even though im not pregnant?

Yes.

I take prenatal pills for making my hair soft, shiny, and to improve growth. It works, and I've seen no side effects. [I've been using it for 5 months].

The packaging on the bottle is similar to what I have, but mine has a picture of a baby on it.

You can find it at Walmart/CVS/Walgreens/Rite-Aid.

I wouldnt if I were you.
It could give you some side effects and not work properly.
