Ok, so I've been trying to lose some weight lately by running. But whenever I run, my legs get really itchy :/ I don't know what is causing it or what will make it stop. Is this normal? If it is, is there anything I can do to make it go away? Please help, it's really annoying and discourages me to go out running. thanks!
bLue_in_tHe_faCe answered Monday January 21 2008, 3:48 pm: Maybe your legs are dry. Do you run outside? The cold air drys skin and then it can get itchy. For that, try lotion, after you shower/bath, before you sleep, anuytime. Or it can be the material. If you run is a certian kind of pants or shorts that irritate your skin, try some new running gear. Hope this helped [ bLue_in_tHe_faCe's advice column | Ask bLue_in_tHe_faCe A Question ]
