I don't think that you should tell her to stop! It's her nature! It's like telling a shy person to be stop being so quiet. It really shouldn't be done.
I can totally relate to what you're saying though. It's tough with girls like that, and I hate when guys actually fall for them!
Just know this, when they do ask her out they'll see her true colors!
One of my best friends is JUST LIKE WHO YOU DESCRIBED [she's even pale]. She really liked this boy who really liked her back. In the end she cheated on him.
They'll really see her true colors, and soon all the othe boys will. Just give it some time.
Boys don't like fake girls!

GOOOOD LUCKKKKKKK

When it comes to a situation like this, there is ussually a deep reason why she is doing this. It could be because of the attention she gets from the boys, which could make her feel really good and in control, or she could just like to be a tease with guys, I really couldn't tell you because I don't know her. Anyways, it might not be best for you to confront her. She could see it as insulting or just plainly take it the wrong way, when you ddn't even mean to upset her. The best thing to do would be to stay back on this one, UNLESS, somthing happens where a guy she teases with gets false ideas of what she is trying to tell him. If this happens, it would probably be best to tell a parent or an adult you really trust, just to protect her from getting hurt. If you tell her to stop though right now, she might take it the wrong way and become angry at you. It's never fun to lose a good friend, so I would just save yourself the grief at the moment. Wish you best of luck in your situation! Dave :)
