Question Posted Friday January 11 2008, 8:56 am

Hello. I read a couple of your responses and I noticed that you're really into working out, so I have a question for you. You also sound like an interesting and very intelligent person :) Your accomplishments are quite impressive.
I'm a 17 year old girl and I want to know how I can make my stomach appear longer and thinner. I'm thin and I sorta have the hour glass shape already, but I want to look more long and lean. I don't want to look start getting wide and I don't want my stomach to appear very muscular. What workouts can I do to achieve this look?
Thank ya!

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. Yes, if you are wanting to slim up your stomach, I'd recommend some good old fashioned sit-ups. You can do as much as 100 a day. 20 here, 20 there and so on. Do that at least 3 times a week and in a month or so you should notice a change. Brisk jogs (about 15 minutes every other day approx 1 mile) will also make your legs more tone, giving you a slider more taller look.
