All the better, is just to be completely honest with them. Tell them that you don't like anyone in particular right now and that you only think of them as friends. Be clear on what you say because thats what probably led them to think that way (that you lead guys on) , just explain it to them. You probably flirt with your guy friends (and there is nothing wrong with that) they just probably get the wrong idea that you like them a little, thats probably another reason why. WE ALL LIKE TO FLIRT, its human but it doesn't necessarily mean that when we do that , we automatically like you, right? Take this into perspective hope I helped. :) Good luck!
