put a bandaid or something over it to tape it down to your skin so you dont hurt it. i dont know exactly what you do in circus, but i do gymnastics and one girl on my team last year ripped her pierce from doing bars. so if your stomach is going to be like rubbing up against something then you should take it out.

you should ask the person who pierced it what they would recommend. The only thing you could really do is but a big bandaid over it to keep it coverd up . But i would suggest you wait atleast 4 weeks before doing that curcus thing do to the fact its fresh . If you must keep doing it , just use a bandaid

Hmm, not entirely sure what you do at the circus but in most ways where a piercing can get damaged the best way to stop that is by placing a bandaid over it.

Hope I helped xx.
