I have a pimple under the skin on my bottom lip. I mean, it's not a bump.. I pulled my lip up to see a circle and a dot on it. You can't even see it.. it's just my lip color. My mom said it was a pimple under the skin so I'm going to go with what she said. I noticed something was off with my lips because that side was dry. But my lips are not chapped or cracked. Is there anything I can do to make it go away?

or, it may be a cold sore.. I hear Head On is good
it can be found in your local drug store

What, have a problem against Carmex? You asked what you could do to make it go away, Carmex works wonders on stuff like that. Have you even tried it? If you haven't then why would you give a rating of 1? I think you just wanted someone to go on this long drawn out process of what it is and how you can get rid of it. I summed it up for you. Carmex works wonders. But, oh well, if you think you can do better, than stop asking for advice and just do what you want to do. [ AngelofMercy's advice column | Ask AngelofMercy A Question ]
