Try getting a new tooth brush. After time, tooth brushes build up all sorts of nasties that can cause a sore throat. After your sore throat clears up, replace that one, too.
If you happen to be a smoker, smoking keeps a sore throat irritated.
Chloraseptic is a nasty tasting throat spray, but it numbs the back of the throat. Works great. The cherry kind doesn't taste quite as horrible.
As stated before me, if your sore throat doesn't go away, you should talk to your doctor about it.
NikkiM answered Wednesday January 2 2008, 12:45 pm: If you have only had it for a week then it is probably just your typical sore throat that might not be fully developed yet. Give it time and see what happens..if it carries on then go to your doctor (i know thats the advice you probably get all the time but its the only thing you can do :]) x x [ NikkiM's advice column | Ask NikkiM A Question ]
