Amazing April is wrong if it yellow or green and smells fishy its bacterial vaginosis. It its gray and smells really bad its something else that she still needs to see a doctor. Yeast infection is white and curdly April do your research before answering a question like this.

Does she say that it smells bad? If her discharge is a yellow or greenish color and smells fishy thats when she needs to worry. It may just be a yeast infection which can be cured with antibiotics. So if she has these signs then tell to go visit the doctor for treatment.
