It depends on the birth control, the woman, her daily habits, diet, a ton of different stuff. Some of my friends got bigger boobs, others had no change in breast size at all. But yes, most girls do get bigger breasts on birth control, but its not guaranteed. For example, I'm on birth control, but there's no change at all.

Nope, some peoples get a little bigger but not a whole cup size. Also some people will gain between 3-5 pounds.
