Itchy bumps?

So last night i had these itchy bumps on all over my face and on my arms. Then they were gone this morning then I got them again today and there all over my legs and arms

what could they be?
how can i get rid of them?
how could i possibly get them?

Thanks I dont think its Bug bites I think if i itch them and then itch another spot on my skin They like spread

oh the same thing happend to me once my family moved from florida to LA the bugs in LA are tarrible i dont know if its bug bights or not but once you gets use to it they will go away it has been a year seence we moved here and guess what NO BUG BIGHTS YYYYYYAAAAAAAAYYYY good luck and i hope i helped

Have you been exposed to anything new or different during the day that you aren't in the night while sleeping? New coat? Anything?
If so, try to not expose yourself to it and see if the bumps don't return.
