Youtube on my ipod

is there a really easy way I can get youtube videos onto my ipod. like zamzar, but zamzar doesn't work for me.

yeah i got some videos on my ipod by using these 2 websites.

First use this one- [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
to download the video onto your computer in .flv format

Then go to-
[Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
To convert it from .flv to Ipod format.
