tigerbear000 answered Thursday December 27 2007, 6:18 pm: I have great abs, but I get lazy about it sometimes and the best thing that whips them back into shape for me is CRUNCHES!! No machines or balls. There are different alterations like the bicylcing crunch, etc. I have several different ones that I do to get the muscles all over my stomach. And my best advice is do NOT count your reps. Just go until you absolutely can not go any more. Then switch to another crunch that works another part of your stomach (like your love handles). Try burning out on each exercise for 2 sets. It works- trust me!
And now, with all the money you saved on machines & balls, you can now go by a new tight fitting shirt because your abs looks so great! :) [ tigerbear000's advice column | Ask tigerbear000 A Question ]
