my url box is gone
my mom did a cleanup for my computer to make it work faster but now my url is gone.. im using my moms computer right now to ask this.. i cant go on myspace or facebook or anything now because i cant type it in.. my friends have tried going through all the tabs when i open enternet explorer but they cant fix it! and we tried f11 and nothing works! please help

You are using IE6. Upgrade to IE7. The URL bar can't be disabled in that version.

To my knowledge this problem has never occurred on IE7. I do know how one would fix it, though, and if you are 100% sure that you are using IE7, email me at theymos@gmail.com .

The bottom answer might work if you're using a version of Internet Explorer that's less than 7. I tried looking for how to put the address bar back on IE 7 [which I'm sure is what you're using], and I couldn't find anything. Your best bet is to reinstall IE completely. [it's free].

go to your internet. go to view, then toolbars, then click address bar. that should put it back on. i hope i helped!
