 ygsgirl,
Well as I told you 'bout the IM thing and you said use a phone book but I am kinda afraid to call if someone other than answers(his parents) what is his family doesn't want him talking to certain people or what if he has a girlfriend and she's there or his family might think he has 2 girlfriends like I said I have'nt talked to him A day in my life so should I be scared?

You shouldn't worry over the one who answers the phone. Just because you are a girl and you are calling doesn't mean anything will be read into it.
The best way to start talking to someone is to just do it.
