TheAnnie answered Saturday December 22 2007, 1:20 pm: well, at least you arent deniying the fact that you are overweight, but you can change
i know its hard, it is and thats a fact but it will happen
basically any sport that involves some kind of activity is good
and some times excersize is not alone
but set up specific times you will do this and be strict with yourself
it seems like you eat healthy but you want to loose extra calories
another thing i would say is not to go overboard, stay within your body limits and dont overwork yourself :)
good luck, you can do it :) [ TheAnnie's advice column | Ask TheAnnie A Question ]

everyone go's through a rough stage in their life sometime . You should set a regular [ daily ] scudeual to maybe work out , dont just max out and kill your self . make it fun so you'll want to work out . Sometimes your excersing when you even know it . If you have a dog you could just play with him , go out side ; listen to music and maybe ride a bike . ya know , continue to eat right because thats a good startt <3 [ varistygirl12's advice column | Ask varistygirl12 A Question ]
