TheAnnie answered Friday December 21 2007, 6:55 pm: well when i did pre season training for badminton
all we did was ab stuff
and my abs got soooo strong with that
so the things we did was
every other day for like an hour and half
we
-ran for 10-15 min
-situps and cruntchs (start small but increase the number of cruntchs as you go on)
-leg lifts for like 2 min
-suit cases (you lay flat on your back and bring your head and shoulders and lift your knees at the same time bringing your head and knees as close as possible)
superman/woman (lie on your stomach and lift your chest and legs like 6 inches from the ground)
-wall sits (pretent to sit with your back to the wall and legs at a 90 degree angle
do those all over again
they really work
im the proof that it does [ TheAnnie's advice column | Ask TheAnnie A Question ]
