black and white photo with a spot of color
i have a black and white picture but i want to make my eyes in color(there blue). i have picasa, but with that you can only do that to pictures that are color, and then turn them black and white. i hope that makes sense..is there any way to do that with picasa? or do i have to download something, because i dont have photoshop or anything. and please give me instructions how to do it! :D thanks!

Once you are on there, you just crop everything you want in black and white, and leave out what you want colored [your eyes] and that's it. =] Really simple.

Well, I don't know anything about Picasa, but I downloaded this free- 21 trial of this program called Recolored, and I'm sure that's what it's for, because I did it. Well, first, if possible, download the program, and then you have to have a colored picture, and then if you go to Help, you can easily find how to make everything but your eyes in black and white, I did it for my friend and it was pretty easy.
