i work out pretty much everyweekday, i go to the gym and burn around 500-700 calories, but the thing is when i get home, or im home alone i eat.
alot of the time when im not hungy,.
i need ways to get me to stop doing this.

please help.

the reason you eat so much is because you burn so many calories that your body needs the extra calories
i say takes the excersizing to a minimum and take it slow
if you get hungry grab an apple or chew gum
