Winter Exercise

Question Posted Tuesday December 18 2007, 9:48 pm

In the winter i kind of lose all my motivation to exercise, which is ALWAYS a huge problem. I mean its not like i don't do anything. I have 1 hour of field hockey, 4 hours of dance, and gym (if you count that) every day a week. But i dont get much cardio. I am a 14 year old female and I'm 4'11" 98 lbs.

Yeah I'm tiny, but I have a nasty tummy. It just ruins the image of a cute little petite girl! What can I go to get some cardio exercise in and keep my tummy toned up?!!

i think the reason you are loosing your motivation for excersizing is because you are already doing so much and the thought of running more doesnt appeal to you. in my opinion i would say that you are doing just fine. honestly if i had the activities you are doing during the winter i woulod not worry at all. i think you will be fine. :)
