how can i be sure
me adn my bf have been off and on for a year in a half. i love him and go crazy when im with him. he just has a way... what im worried about is if he cares about me... how do i know how he feels without making him feel that i'm pressuring him for info ya know

well, you can think back to how he has responded to certain things. if you are hurt or sick has he taken care of you?
to be honest, if you are feeling this way i would confront him so you can talk it out. maybe he has been stressed or not even realizing he has been making you doubt his feelings for you.
you two have been together for a long time, so you should be able to talk with him

well, you have two options really.
you can either ask him straight up to let him know that maybe he needs to start showing it
or
you could test him. do things, and if his response shows that he cares, then he does.
like, if you talk about other guys and he gets jealous, that's an immediate hint.

Asking him how he feels is not pressuring for info. If he thinks it is, then he has the wrong idea of what a relationship involves.
You should be comfortable with one another to discuss your feelings.
