Me and my best friend have been inseprable for 6 years...this year a boy came along and now after some "drama" me and my bestie aren't like we used to be.

you need to be a little more specific, but i think i can still help you. You need to confront your friend, and tell her how you feel. Tell her that you just want some time alone with her, and go out somewhere (i would suggest someplace OTHER than the movies because you cant talk there) It will show her how things used to be, and how much fun you guys used to have together.
