a year or two? If i work out every day or at least 3-4 times a week and eat healthy whats a rough estimate of how much weight i could loce in a year or two? i know everyones different when it comes to this but a rough estimate would be great

okay what i think is important for me to point out is that alot of people who want to lose weight over do it
if you want to lose weight and in a week let's say you lose 6 or 7 pounds and you think that is great it actually isn't it is really unhealthy to lose too much too fast you should be losing about 2 - 4 pounds a week so at that my estimate would be = 150 pounds but the amount you workout would also add extra muscle adding a few pounds ]
i'd say 90-100 pounds if you REALLY stick to it.
i know someone who lost 40 pounds in 2 months. ]
It depends:
is there a lot of fat to lose?
are you male, or female?
depending on that, maybe 40 pounds all together. ]
