I don't think I'm good at basketball. When I get the ball I just freeze and never pass it. When I do dribble it gets stolen again. I'm never aggresive too. What should I do?

It is just a state of mind, in real life, we don't always know how to apply the skills which you've learnt and sometimes, we just feel as if somebody will tell us what to do and we'll follow. Tell youself under your breath:
'I know i can do this, I know i can do this'
When you get the ball and start running, tell yourself:
'I'm doing it, I'm doing it!'
