White chocolate covered Pretzels are my personal favorite, and really easy to make! Just search for how to do it.

you could make this stuff called "puppy chow"- it's chex covered in a chocolately-mixture and tonsss of powdered sugar. i don't know what Chex calls it. but here's the recipe. you could put it in those little gift/party/goodie bags or something. i promise that this stuff is AMAZING (:

I was going to say bread pudding (yum) but that's not something you can put in a bag. Well I thought of these:
-I made tiny cupcakes one time. I crumbled up some peppermint sticks and dribbled the crumbs onto vanilla cupcakes with white icing. Then I wrapped them up in that crunchy plastic and tied it with a big bow. They were so cute and good. I could've eaten 100.
-Another time for my sister's b-day (on December 13th) I made these little cookie-cakes. I made a batch of butter cookies and then I glued three of them together in a stack with green frosting, and then iced the ends with red icing. They're cute when you wrap them in the plastic and tie both ends with ribbon. ]
The holidays are perfect for desserts. You actually do not even really need to prepare anything from scratch. You can get ready made cookie dough (sugar cookies) at the supermarket and decorate the cookies with whatever you want- candies, frosting, etc., or you can even get cookie dough that has christmas patters on it. If you are in the baking mood, you can make sugar cookies and use cookie cutters.
Or, you can make cupcakes or brownies, either from scratch or from the box, and decorate with white frosting, and red and green sprinkles...or anything festive, like mini candy canes, crushed peppermints, or little sugary cake decorations (they come in the baking aisle, usually for birthdays, but I'm sure they also have holiday themes as well).
Umm...people don't usually like fruitcake so much, so your best bet is to make cookies or brownies. ]
