he might have been too rough on ya or maybe you did a different position that caused a slight tear or something...or maybe you werent wet enough or didnt use enough lube and got kind of rubbed raw in a tiny spot or something. it probably isnt anything to worry about

Could be a number of reasons:
1. Too rough
2. Period?
3. You weren't wet enough
It's most probably the 3rd option. I wouldn't worry about it too much, but if it becomes frequent, you may want to get checked, because it can be something which may need treatment, ranging from slight infections to fibroid tumours.
