have you ever had an eating disorder? i'm bulimic and nobody really knows. if you've had this experience and have recovered or are trying please give me advice? i feel like theres always a cloud around my thoughts like i'm not thinking as clear as i used too. i hate my body, i freak when i gain weight, sometimes i'm even afraid to step on the scale. i binge and purge and fast and this has been going on for over a year. part of me wants help and sometimes i feel like i can't let go because it's become apart of me. if you've had this experience: how did you get help? what were the treatments? why and when did you realize you wanted/needed help? did/do you feel better after recovering/trying to recover?
even if you haven't had an eating disorder and you can answer some of the questions please do. i don't know what to do.

help. Really you do. You have been doing this for
a year and sooner or later it is going to take a toll on your body. You are to young to die and that is where you are heading. Wish there was a nicer way to put it. But that is the truth of it.
Here are the side effects of bulimia. Some you may already be experiencing.
* Esophageal problems {this is in your airway)
* Vocal chord damage
* Stomach ulcers (it can also rupture)
* Osteoporosis
* Hair loss
* Digestive problems
* Decreased body temperature
* Irregular heart beat
* Elimination problems
* Dental Damage
* Organ damage
* Vitamin and mineral deficiencies
* Enlarged salivary glands
* Dry skin
* Decreased bone density
* Menstrual dysfunction
* Hormone irregularities
* Insomnia
* Low red blood cell levels
* Weak muscles
* Immune system damage
You need to get help and get at a healthy weight.
People would rather see you a normal weight with teeth and no major medical problems. Trust me on this and seek help. Today. :)
