Red Robin

Question Posted Sunday December 2 2007, 1:36 pm

So I have to go to Red Robin & I'm not sure what to do. Obviously they do not have their nutrition facts posted which is not a good thing & I'm watching what I eat. What would be my best option?? I don't want anything fried. I was looking between getting Pasta Fresca or the Ensenada Chicken Platter & just watching how much of eat I actually eat. Any ideas/opinions?? Thanks!

-Avoid anything that says creamy, au gratin, Alfredo, breaded, battered or batter-dipped.
-Say no to any cashier that offers your order supersized.
-Choose light vingaigrettes or dressings on the side for salads.
-Pick foods that are grilled, broiled, baked or roasted.
-Order fresh fruit or fruit sorbet for dessert (if you want any).
-Hold on the french fries and opt for a side salad.
-Skip out on any casseroles unless you know what they contain.
-Order foods in small sizes.
-If eating soups, opt for broth-based ones.
-Have tomato or vegetable toppings on pasta.
-Order for your stomach, not your eyes.
-Get it made to order- ask to hold the mayo or "special sauce".
-Drink water or nonfat milk as a low calorie drink.
-You can ask for a list of nutrition facts at the cashier desk, and then go back to the table and order after you've found a healthy choice.

Hope I helped!
