I haven't gotten my period in three months... I'm not sexually active, what could it be?

How old are you? Sometimes girls (younger than 18) have weird period cycles. So if you skip a few months it's totally normal. As you start getting older it'll start being more accurate. For now enjoy the freedom! :]

if your not sexually active then you have nothing to worry about. your not pregnant or anything, your period is just irregular, which means it hasnt set a certain day when it starts yet. when you get older it'll happen usually on the same day every month.

if you've just started with your period..within the past half a year, then its normal, because your body is still trying to get used to it, so the times when you might get it next can vary from 2 weeks, to a couple months.

It could be that you're having an irregular period, but just to be safe, I recommend going to a doctor and making sure what it is. That way, it should ease your mind, since you'll know exactly what's going on and if it's something you need to fix.
