i read one of your answers to someone and you said you could lose 10 pounds in 12 days, would you mind telling me about it?

Yup.

This is what you do..

Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit or juice (unsweetened)
2 eggs any style
2 slices of bacon

Lunch: 1/2 grapefruit or juice
salad, any dressing
meat- any style or amount

Dinner: 1/2 grapefruit or juice
meat, any style or amount
(fish may be substututed)
vegetable, any green or red (cooked in butter or seasoning is fine)
or salad as above
coffee or tea 1 cup. (optional)

snack: glass of tomato juice or skim milk

Instructions:
1. At any meal you may eat until you are full and cannot eat anymore (tip from me, dont do that, you wont lose any weight. eat a normal amount)
2. don't eliminate anything from the diet, espically don't skip the bacon at breakfast or omit salads. This combination of food burns fat. (another tip from me* seriously, don't skip meals, even if you dont feel hungry, ive done that, and i dont lose anything.)
3.the grapefruit is important because it acts as a catalyst that starts the burning process.
4. if you drink coffee,cut down. it affect the insulin balance that hinders the burning process. try to limit 1 cup at mealtime
5. don't eat between meals. it you eat the combination of suggested foods, you will not be hungry.
6. the diet completely elimintates sugars and starches which add lips and forms fat. fat does not form fat. it helps burn it so you can fry foods in butter and use butter generously on vegetables.
7. don't eat desserts, breats, white potatos, or sweet potatoes. you may double or triple helpings of meat, salad or vegetable ( i personally don't suggest doing that.)

8. you can losee 10 pounds in 10 days. there will be no lost the first four days, but you will lose 5 pounds on the 5th day. therefore you will lose 1 1/2 pounds every two days until you are where you want to be.

All soft drinks need to be diet and caffeine free.

you may not have celery, potatoes, or white onions.

you may have: bell peppers, radishes, cucumbers, red onions, green onions, spinach, broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, cabbage and lettuce.

****IMPORTANT******
stay on the diet for *12* days stop for *2* days. start again for 12 days - if you wnat, you dont have to start again.

it works really well, its healthy, and it actually doesn't make me eat between meals, and makes me less hungry.
