Well lets just say i kinda like my body, but not really. Well i have a nice stomach, but pretty much a flat chest and ass. Also, i dont tan which is why i hate my body in the summer. Well, lately i stopped running because cross country was over. My stomaches been getting bigger, and my boobs and butt staying the same.
Idk what but lately whenever i eat, i feel sick, so i stop. Well, i havent eaten in 4 days, and i m starving but whenever i take a bite of ANYTHING i feel like im gunna puke. One day i ate through it and puked 5 minutes later. I know im not sick, and i think im doing it to myself, but i dont want to! I cant stop it, it just happens! Dont tell me to go to a doctor, bc i think shes going to think im one of the eating disorder girls, and im not.

Please, please, please eat again. I know how you feel when you're feeling starved but if you think of food you kind of get sick. But you're body's trying to adjust to this "new" eating pattern, if you would call it that. You just have to start eating so you're body can regulate itself again. As for your body, (how old are you?) I don't think you need to worry about chest and an ass. Trust me, boobs can be ANNOYING. But anyways, try eating, and if you're continuously puking, you HAVE to go to a doctor. They'll understand your problem, they won't jump to conclusions. But if you keep doing this...you WILL be one of those 'disorder' girls. Because once you get too far into not eating, your body gets used to it, and it reacts badly if you start eating again. sally91 answered Sunday December 2 2007, 2:35 am: hay you need to get back into eating 3 meals a day and to do that you need to eat little meals and gradually increase the size of the meal as your body gets used to eating them again... you have to try to stop yourself from bringing your food back up, and i know that you dnt want to go to the doctors but people can die from this so if its gets really bad you should consider it. hope i helped [ sally91's advice column | Ask sally91 A Question ]
