My hair is weird.

Question Posted Friday November 30 2007, 8:59 pm

When I wash my hair in the morning, or in the afternoon. A few hours later it will be gross, and oily looking, and other girls hair looks like it did in the morning, and mine doesn't? Why?

I think I have normally oily hair. Cause I can wash my hair today, and in the morning, it will be oily. Is that why my hair is doing this? Can I make it stop, so it looks good all day?

Maybe its the shampoo you use?
Try using a daily clarifying shampoo, it works well for me. YOu might be using too much conditioner? Try using less, and only at the end of your hair.
I have three different shampoos. I have this one for dry scalp that leaves my hair a little oily, so i only use it twice a week. Then i have Tresemé and i use that three times a week. I use a clarifying shampoo twice a week. It keeps my hair really healthy looking, and not oily. Hope this answers your question. You could also try these:

Go to a hair salon or somewhere like that where you get your hair done and ask the hair dresser what she would reccomend. Also you could look through some stores that have shampoo and conditioner for oily hair. Hope everything goes well for you!

these are PERFECT questions to ask your hair dresser. ask her what products you can use to reduce the oil and test them out. she's an expert, she'll know what you can do and the problem of why it's happening.
